Joy of Teaching

I have been teaching duck processing at my primitive skills gatherings, rabbit stick and winter count, along with teaching buckeye, acorn & fire to fire, for over 25 years. Many of the kids started at ages 5-6, then began taking the classes year after year.

Now, many are 18+, and they help me teach the class on processing a duck that you get to eat for lunch. They help roast 75 to 100 ducks over the fire for the village, then we make duck soup53

I get much joy from teaching and watching them all grow and the friends they have become. The joy of teaching.

I like to hunt ducks and be outside I like to paint. I like building sand castle I like gardening. Fishing, dining Etc
